Establishment of a company's main motivation is to increase profits. The company will move forward and continue to exist if the maximum benefit can be achieved. To achieve progress and maintain its existence the company needs to get support from community and social environment. For that companies need to increase attention and concern to local people as a form of corporate social responsibility. With menetapakan strategic policy is issued by the company in the form of a program - a program the company, which in embodied with various kegaiatan in the community. In determining the strategic kebiajakan companies need to consider external and internal environment which is owned by the company in advance, the external environment consists of the social environment in which there is economic power, technological strength, the strength of political law, and demographic forces, while internal forces consist of the organizational structure, culture and resources.
