The title of this research is the influence of organization’s condition to the teachers’ work (case study at SMAN 1 Kertosono). The purpose of this research is to know the significant influence of variable organization’s condition to the teachers’ work, and also to know variable organization’s condition that has dominant influence to the teachers’ work at SMAN 1 Kertosono. Based on the statement of the problems, the previous study and theory, it can be concluded as follow: it is predicted that the variable of organization’s condition that consists of leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, purpose and control are has significant influence to the teachers’ work at SMAN 1 Kertosono, and it is also predicted that the variable communication has dominant influence to the teachers’ work at SMAN 1 Kertosono. This research is conducted to the teachers at SMAN1 Kertosono at panglima sudirman 10 street, phone: (0358) 551493 Kertosono Nganjuk. The population of this research is all teachers at SMAN 1 Kertosono. The sample of this research is 60 teachers by using total sampling. From the analysis of regretion linier with hypothesis F test and t test, it can be concluded that the result of variable of organization’s condition consist of leadership, motivation, communication, interaction, purpose and control have the significant influence to the teachers’ work. While the variable that has dominant influence to the teachers’ work is communication. The suggestion in this research is it hopes the school’ administration to maintain the condition of organization that conducted at school, it was caused the condition of school’ organization can support the teachers’ work. For example is like try to improve teachers’ motivation, keep the communication that happened at school like improve the teachers’ activities that suitable with school’ administration.
