KAJIAN YURIDIS PUTUSAN TERHADAP KASUS PENELANTARAN DALAM KONTEKS KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS PUTUSAN NOMOR 15/PID.SUS/2024/PN NLA)

Neglect in the household is a social phenomenon that is often overlooked, but has a significant impact on the well-being of individuals and families. This research aims to identify cases of decision number 15/PID.SUS/2024/PN NLA of neglect that occurred in the household context, as well as the causal factors and their impact on family members. The research results show that neglect does not only occur in physical form, such as neglect of basic needs, but also includes emotional and psychological neglect. The main causal factors include difficult economic conditions, mental instability, and social norms that ignore responsibility. There is also a need for justice regarding problems in this case due to neglect in domestic violence so that efforts can be made to prevent and deal with neglect in the household.
