PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perdagangan Ecer yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2020-2022)

This study aims to test empirical evidence the effect of financial performance and capital structure on company value in retail trading sub-sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling used a purposive sampling method of 21 companies. Data obtained based on publications of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The independent variable in this research is financial performance with the measurement used being Return on Assets (ROA) and capital structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while the dependent variable is firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data analysis method uses the SPSS version 25 program. This research obtained the results that there is a positive and significant influence between financial performance and capital structure on firm value both partially and simultaneously.
