IMPLEMENTASI REHABILITASI MEDIS DAN SOSIAL BAGI PENYALAHGUNA NARKOTIKA UNTUK DIRI SENDIRI (DI BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL (BNN) KOTA MALANG)

Narcotics are substances that can have certain effects on those who use them and enter them into the body. In Indonesia itself, there are many cases regarding narcotics, in fact quite a few citizens feel anxious because of the negative impacts of narcotics abuse. Abusers themselves mean people who use narcotics without rights or against the law. One of the general conditions for drug crimes in terms of demand side is rehabilitation. In this case, BNN has a mandate from law to carry out strengthening of rehabilitation institutions and carry out rehabilitation itself. In Malang City itself, rehabilitation for narcotics abusers increases every year. Rehabilitation is more beneficial for abusers. Apart from providing a deterrent effect, implementation rehabilitation also provides medical steps to help treat dependence on narcotics. Rehabilitation efforts are an appropriate alternative punishment for narcotics addicts that should be supported by implementing regulations that accommodate the rights of narcotics abusers and addicts.
