KERJASAMA PEMERINTAH DESA DENGAN PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI KELUARGA DI DESA TEGALGONDO KABUPATEN MALANG

In Tegalgondo Village, the high unemployment rate is a cause of obstacles in improving the family economy. In Tegalgondo Village in 2023, there were 1292 housewives between the ages of 18 and 56 who worked as housewives. Because many housewives have a lot of free time. The purpose of this research is to analyze the cooperation of the Village Government with Empowerment and Welfare in improving the family economy in Tegalgondo Village aimed at empowering women in Tegalgondo Village to improve the family economy.
This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data were obtained through primary and secondary sources using observation, interview and documentation techniques. This research is based on Wright's intergovernmental theory which consists of five forms including the roles of government, the interaction of public officials, sustainability communication, the roles of administrators and focus attention on the policy. So that indicators can be obtained to measure the success of cooperation between the Village Government and the PKK.
The results showed that the role of the Village Government with the PKK as a regulator, facilitator and catalyst has gone well. As in the realization of the program, it has been grouped there are those that have had an increasing impact on the family economy such as UP2-KK, KWT, Waste Bank, Planting Trees.
