Abstract

The fact that organizations such as hospitals operate in the health services sector always face unexpected things and dynamic changes such as uncertainty in daily work, partly caused by advances in medical science and technology as well as variability in patient responses to treatment, justifies the need to implement workforce agility. as a management criterion in hospital units. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of trust in the organization in the workplace on workforce agility with intrinsic work values as a moderator variable. This research study was conducted on 151 hospital employees. A quantitative research approach with a cross-sectional design was used in this research. The measurement scale in this research uses the Workforce Agility Scale, the Organizational Trust scale, and The Work Values Scale. Test moderation with MRA by Hayes. The research results show that trust in the organization has a significant positive relationship with workforce agility, Meanwhile, intrinsic work value was found not to act as a moderator which has a strenghtening effect on the relationship between trust in the organization and workforce agility.
