Abstract

The high unemployment rate of undergraduate graduates makes students as prospective job seekers feel anxious about their future. Organized students have the readiness and ability to face the world of work, but it is possible that organized students still have anxiety. Anxiety must be overcome immediately by having the fighting spirit and confidence to be able to face challenges and difficulties. Adversity Quotient is the intelligence to face difficulties, known to suppress the negative impact of anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotient and Anxiety Facing the World of Work in students who have been members of organizations. This study is correlational quantitative research using the Probability Sampling technique with a total of 227 student participants who have been members of the organization. The measuring tools used are the Adversity Quotient Scale and the Anxiety Scale for Facing the World of Work. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between Adversity Quotient and Anxiety Facing the World of Work with 0,000 Significancy. This research is expected to be able to face competition by increasing experience and knowledge.
