PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN KAWASAN PERUMAHAN EDELWEISS DI KECAMATAN DAU, KABUPATEN MALANG, JAWA TIMUR

The planning and development of residential areas is a strategic process that encompasses various aspects to create a comfortable, efficient, and sustainable living environment. This study discusses the planning of residential areas with a holistic approach, involving the analysis of community needs, architectural design,environmental management, and supporting infrastructure. The main focus is on the implementation of the Scandinavian theme in the Edelweiss Dau project, which is located near a campus and recreational areas. The Scandinavian
design was chosen for its minimalist, functional, and eco-friendly characteristics. The planning process includes site selection, site analysis, spatial concepts, architectural design, water and energy management, and sustainable development
strategies. The outcome of this planning is expected to provide housing solutions that not only meet functional needs but also support a healthy and harmonious lifestyle with nature.
