ANALISIS YURIDIS SOSIOLOGIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB TINDAK PIDANA KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF KRIMINOLOGI (STUDI DI KEPOLISIAN RESORT KABUPATEN MALANG)

This study aims to analyze the factors causing domestic violence (KDRT) in Malang Regency from a criminological perspective, using a descriptive qualitative method and a juridical-sociological approach to delve deeper into the social, cultural, and psychological dynamics influencing the occurrence of domestic violence. The data used consists of primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from various literature and related documentation. The results show that the causes of domestic violence in Malang Regency include economic pressure, low education levels, patriarchal cultural influences, and disharmony within the household. The analysis also reveals that preventive efforts by the Malang Regency Police involve educating the community and collaborating with various parties to create a safe and supportive environment for victims of domestic violence, along with repressive measures such as strict law enforcement against perpetrators of domestic violence. This study provides a theoretical contribution to enriching criminological theories related to domestic violence and offers practical benefits in raising public awareness about the importance of preventing and stopping domestic violence. Additionally, it is expected to assist law enforcement in designing more effective law enforcement strategies and provide guidance to the community and related parties in addressing and preventing domestic violence.
