Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle and life satisfaction on impulsive buying. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and using JASP tools. The respondents in this study were 357 active students currently studying in Malang, male/female, and aged 18-25 years. The instruments in this study used the hedonism lifestyle scale, The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS), and the impulsive buying scale. The results of this study explain that there is a simultaneous influence (R^2= 0.402 ; p= <.001) between hedonistic lifestyle and life satisfaction on impulsive buying. Then, partially, the hedonistic lifestyle variable does not have a significant effect (b = 0.031 ; p= <.001) on impulsive buying and the life satisfaction variable has a significant effect (b = 0.628 ; p= <.001) on impulsive buying. The implication of this research is that someone must suppress their impulsive buying so that they do not become more wasteful.
