Abstract
Re-design of the Sakinah Hospital Mojokerto Polyclinic Building Using Composite Steel With the LFRD Method with the planning standards of SNI 1726: 2019 Concerning Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non-Building Structures, SNI 1727: 2020 Concerning Minimum Loads for Planning Buildings and Other Structures, SNI 1729: 2020 Concerning Structural Steel Building Specifications, SNI 2847: 2019 Concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings, SNI 7860: 2020 Concerning Seismic Provisions for Structural Steel Buildings, and SNI 7972: 2020 Concerning Prequalified Connections for Special and Intermediate Steel Moment Frames. This building uses the SRPMK (Special Moment Resisting Frame System) earthquake resistance system. From the planning results, the dimensions for composite steel produce a composite plate thickness of t= 100mm, W-1000 floor deck type with a base metal thickness of 0.70 mm, with reinforcement Ø10 mm-100 mm produced by PT. Union Metal WF steel profile on Transverse Child Beams WF 200x100x5.5x8 and Longitudinal WF 250x125x6x9, and Main Beams using WF 500x300x11x15 Transverse and longitudinal directions. For columns, WF 400x400x13x21 profiles are used. The connection uses the BSEP (Bolts Stiffened End Plates) type and for the base plate using dimensions of 700x700 mm with the number of anchors 4– Ø32mm with a length of 1300 mm.
