Abstract

Parama Panderman Hill is a modern villa concept housing complex in Batu City, East Java. This project not only fulfills the need for housing, but also offers an attractive investment opportunity. The location is strategic, surrounded by tourist attractions, and offers beautiful views that are attractive to potential residents. This housing development follows the standards set out in Batu City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2020 and SNI 03-1733:2004. By meeting these standards, the planning and cost estimation process can be carried out carefully before construction begins. Apart from regional standards, building quality is also a main focus. Referring to SNI 1727-2020, structural planning is carried out in detail to ensure occupant comfort and safety. Proper planning and accurate cost calculations will produce a residential area that is livable and meets standards without burdening any party.
