ANALISIS KEPATUHAN HUKUM ANGGOTA MUHAMMADIYAH TERHADAP PENGHARAMAN ROKOK DALAM FATWA MUHAMMADIYAH NOMOR 6/SM/MTT/III/2010 (STUDI KASUS TERHADAP ANGGOTA MUHAMMADIYAH DI KOTA PALU)

Analysis of the level of legal compliance of Muhammadiyah members regarding the prohibition of cigarettes as regulated in Muhammadiyah Fatwa Number 6/SM/MTT/III/2010. This fatwa plays an important role in establishing moral and ethical guidelines for Muslims, including in the context of smoking which is strictly prohibited. This research will identify the factors that influence Muhammadiyah members' compliance with the fatwa, both from a religious and social perspective. The research methods used will include literature studies, primary data analysis (via surveys or interviews), and a qualitative approach to understand members' behavior and views towards the fatwa. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide in-depth insight into how the fatwa is received and implemented in the daily lives of Muhammadiyah members. The implications of the results of this analysis can support the development of more effective education and outreach strategies to increase awareness and compliance with fatwas in Islamic communities in Indonesia, as well as inspire policy steps to support the implementation of other religious fatwa that are relevant to public health issues.
