ANALISIS PERKARA PERCERAIAN DI PENGADILAN AGAMA MALANG YANG DISEBABKAN PINJAMAN ONLINE DAN JUDI ONLINE TAHUN 2023-2024

In recent years, several causes of divorce include online loans and online gambling, both of which have affected people's lives. marriage and society become negative. Studies show that divorce is caused by online loans and the bad behavior of partners who do not pay their debts. Likewise, online gambling is very easy to access and has become an important component in divorce.
The type of research that will be used in this research is a qualitative approach, namely a research process that aims to understand human or social phenomena. The research approach used in writing this research is a normative juridical approach. Of the 47 decisions, it is not necessarily the case that online loans and online gambling are the main reasons for divorce. After the researcher analyzed and conducted an interview with one of the sources, the researcher found that from the results of the decision analysis that the researcher carried out with the help of VOSviewer, which is an application used to analyze qualitative data.
It was found that the majority of divorces occurred for several reasons such as debt and maintenance. Online loans and online gambling can lead to debt bondage, high interest and harassment from collectors, resulting in conflict. This research examines divorce cases at the Malang Religious Court due to online loans and online gambling, finding that the main factors for divorce are debt, domestic violence and inadequate living. In 2023-2024, there will be 9 cases of divorce due to online loans and 38 cases due to online gambling in the Malang Religious Court, with online loans causing debt bondage and high interest, and online gambling causing economic instability and addiction. To reduce the divorce rate, financial literacy education, strict regulatory policies, and the use of technology to monitor and prevent the spread of online lending and gambling content are needed.
