PERENCANAAN USULAN TATA LETAK ULANG MESIN ROASTING KOPI (STUDI PADA PABRIK MESIN ROASTING KOPI DI BLIMBING MALANG)

Malang Coffee Roasting Machine is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of coffee roasting machines. The purpose of this research is to find out the best facility layout done by the company in order to produce efficient track distance for operational activities. This research uses the From to Chart and Activity Relationship Chart methods. The results showed that the company has an inefficient path distance due to several departments that are less related being placed close together. The suggestion given for Malang Coffee Roasting Machine is the re-planning of the facility layout which can be done by changing the position of the department in order to create a more efficient path distance.
