Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, interest rates and credit procedures on the decision to take out people's business credit (KUR) at the Indonesian People's Bank (BRI). The research used questionnaire data collection from 103 samples using incidental sampling techniques. This research is quantitative research. Using test instruments which include validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis methods used are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test using the t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2), and finally the dominant variable test. The research results show that: 1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on the decision to take BRI KUR credit. 2) The interest rate has a significant effect on the decision to take BRI KUR credit. 3) Credit procedures have a significant influence on BRI KUR credit decisions. 4) Financial literacy, interest rates and credit procedures simultaneously have a significant influence on BRI KUR credit decisions. 5) Financial literacy has a dominant influence on credit decisions.
