REFORMULASI PASAL 2 UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 23 TAHUN 2004 TENTANG PENGHAPUSAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA TERKAIT PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM ISTRI SIRI KORBAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA

Marriage is a dream for every couple who wants to continue to a more serious level. However, due to limited capital or other supporting factors, a number of couples have entered into siri marriages. If from the siri marriage the wife experiences domestic violence, the case cannot be handled with Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (KDRT), but with the articles of persecution in the Criminal Code. Therefore, this paper is made with the aim of raising this issue so that in the future there will be no siri wives who experience Domestic Violence (KDRT), but cannot be handled by Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The method of this research is normative by examining and / or colliding Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence with the basis for making, Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Equivalent Laws, and international conventions.
