Abstract
Water has a very important role in human life and ecosystems on earth. Water is a basic necessity for human life, as the human body requires sufficient hydration to maintain vital functions. Water is also a basic necessity of human life for personal hygiene, sanitation, and daily household needs such as cooking and washing. One of the problems that is still often faced in Indonesia, especially in big cities, is the availability of clean water and adequate waste disposal. Adequate shelter is one of the basic human needs, besides that it also has an important function to support the welfare and quality of life of its residents. In realizing a decent and comfortable residence, the developer of Bataria Land residential property in Gowa Regency must provide a clean water distribution network and smooth home waste disposal. By looking at the conditions of future population growth, it is necessary to plan a clean water and sewage network in Bataria Land housing in Gowa Regency in accordance with land conditions, in order to create a decent and comfortable residential environment. Clean water network planning in this housing uses analysis and simulation of EPANET 2.2 applications, and dirty water planning using rational methods. The average demand is 0.083 liters / second, rain intensity (I) 112.078 mm / hour rainwater discharge 0.00286 m3 / second. Total population 235 total water loss value of 0.078 liters/second, with an average clean water demand of all residents of bataria land housing gowa district of 33.781m3/day. Rainfall frequency analysis using log pearson III. The pipe diameters used in the planning of clean water networks in bataria land housing in gowa district are ¾ inc and 1 inc. the results of the Q design Q channel analysis, so it can be concluded that the bataria land housing planning drainage can accommodate flood discharge.
