UPAYA PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUNJUNGAN DESA WISATA PUJON KIDUL PASCA PANDEMI

Developing village potential is one of the factors in improving the welfare of village communities, one of which is the development of tourist villages that utilize local potential. In this case, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) also participate in the development of the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency is developed.The method used is qualitative. Results obtained Based on the research results, Pujon Kidul Village is currently one of the areas developed by the Malang Regency government which is used as a model village (tourism village) with the largest original village income in Malang Regency. The Pujon Kidul Village Development Stages in the Development of the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village are carried out through the destination, attraction, amenities and infrastructure stages. The Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, with the potential for natural tourism and educational tourism for farming activities, has been developed and managed very well. Success in developing tourist villages can be seen from village tourism development collaboration such as collaboration between Bumdes, collaboration with the community, collaboration with the government and carrying out comparative study activities with other tourist villages
