Abstract

In the digital era, protecting children's identities has become a crucial issue, especially for Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH) who are vulnerable to stigmatization and exploitation. Based on the Child Protection Law and the ITE Law, this research analyzes how regulations and their implementation protect the identity of children in conflict with the law (ABH). In addition, this research identifies challenges in implementing such protection, such as leakage of personal data and the spread of negative information in mass media. This study discusses how legal measures can be taken to strengthen the protection of the identity of children in conflict with the law (ABH) in electronic information systems. Through a normative juridical approach using literature study methods and regulatory analysis, this research aims to provide recommendations for improving child protection policies and practices in the digital context in Indonesia. The research results show that although there are regulations governing the protection of ABH identities, their implementation still faces various obstacles that require further attention from the government and society.
