Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and to assess the levels of self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction among employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tumpang. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research design with a sample size of 80 respondents, comprising all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tumpang. Primary data for this study was collected through questionnaire surveys. Data analysis techniques included scale range analysis and Partial Least Square – Structure Equational Model (PLS-SEM) conducted using SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction in the company are high. Self-efficacy does not significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior directly, but does influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in turn, influences organizational citizenship behavior, and self-efficacy indirectly affects organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction.
