DAMPAK PROGRAM KARTU PRAKERJA BAGI KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DESA SUKOREJO, KEC. SUKOREJO, KAB. PASURUAN

This research aims to analyze, determine and explain the impact of the Pre-Employment Card Program on the welfare of the people of Sukorejo Village, Pasuruan Regency. This approach and type of research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The technique for determining research subjects uses purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the Pre-Employment Card program has a positive impact on society in the economic and educational aspects because people use this opportunity for skilling, upskilling and reskilling. Also, the Pre-Employment Card program shows its success when viewed from the results of interviews with the people of Sukorejo Village. People can meet their basic needs because they have participated in the Pre-Employment Card Program training, and also use incentive funds according to training needs and also use them to improve their economy.
