Exhibitionism is a sexual disorder, usually exposing the genitals in public places or reached by many people in order to achieve sexual satisfaction. This research takes the formulation of the problem: 1. How is exhibitionism behavior viewed from Article 4 Paragraph 1 Jo. Article 29 and Article 10 Jo. Article 36 of Law No.44 of 2008 concerning Pornography? 2. What are the sanctions for perpetrators who commit acts of exhibitionism according to Article 4 Paragraph 1 Jo. Article 29 and Article 10 Jo. Article 36 of Law No.44 of 2008 Concerning Pornography? This study aims to determine the behavior of exhibitionism viewed from Article 4 Paragraph 1 Jo. Article 29 and Article 10 Jo. Article 36 of Law No.44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and to know the sanctions for perpetrators who commit acts of exhibitionism according to Law No.44 of 2008 concerning Pornography This research uses Article 4 Paragraph 1 Jo. Article 29 and Article 10 Jo. Article 36 normative research type method, Library Data Collection techniques The data from this research was analyzed using perspective analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that exhibitionism is classified as a sexual disorder that can be subject to Article 4 Paragraph 1 Jo. Article 29 and Article 10 Jo. Article 36 of Law No.44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. Suggestions for the community if they see the action of exhibitionism immediately report to the authorities and for the government the need to make laws related to the explanation of exhibitionism that is firm and not vague.
