Abstract

In order to design a building with more than one floor, the designer must be able to design a building that is safe, efficient and meets the standards set by the SNI. Therefore, the structure is expected to withstand the loads of the occupants. and can withstand the effects of seismic loads that may change the behavior of the building. structure of the building. In order to achieve safety, efficiency and seismic resistance and to complete it as a complete structure, a specialframe resistance method (SRPMK) was used in the planning of the 5-storey, 1-basement Singosari Muhammadiyah Da'wah Building. The proposed location is in Singosari, Malang Regency. The proposed building is a multi-storey building with a total of 6 floors and a height of 20 m. The earthquake load was designed using structural analysis using the response method and STAAD. According to the analysis of Pro CONNECT Edition V22 Update 6, Etabs 22 and Sp columnsand the apartment design, the main sections are 350x650mm, 300x500mm,250x350mm. The results of this analysis obtained by connecting the 300x500mm, 250x350mm and500x650 mm columns meet the requirements of the Weak Beam strong column and the detailed requirements for each component.
