DISKREPANSI PROGRAM REHABILITASI SOSIAL PENERIMA MANFAAT PSIKOTIK BALAI PELAYANAN DAN REHABILITASI SOSIAL PENYANDANG MASALAH KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL (PMKS) SIDOARJO

The study focuses on the discrepancy in the social rehabilitation program provided to psychotic beneficiaries at the PMKS center so that it can support the return of social function properly by providing coaching training in the form of mental guidance, spiritual guidance, and other training from the party or staff of the center and providing useful knowledge to be brought to the community when they leave this rehabilitation center. The qualitative research method is descriptive. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The implementation of the Sidoarjo social rehabilitation center (PMKS) program in its implementation is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs concerning National Social Rehabilitation Standards. The program provided to psychotic beneficiaries is in the form of activities that support good social functioning while receiving the rehabilitation program. Social, physical and mental guidance activities can provide education in the form of lectures, theoretical understanding and direct practice. During the assessment activities, skills are also provided that are in accordance with the interests of psychotic beneficiaries. The implementation of the rehabilitation program also runs in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the disability cluster. The program of the center (PMKS) in its implementation certainly has a performance standard or classification that must be carried out by the social rehabilitator for the realization of the psychotic beneficiary program. The results of the researcher's observations when at the research location saw the situation and conditions of the rehabilitation program, namely various guidance and skills, providing many changes or discrepancies in the rehabilitation program for psychotic beneficiaries who experience social dysfunction. With the rehabilitation process provided, the researcher saw that the condition of the change in beneficiaries could recover and could have the talent for ribbon embroidery handicraft skills. The implementation of the social rehabilitation program of the Sidoarjo Social Rehabilitation Service Center (PMKS) is a place for beneficiaries who experience social dysfunction. This agency under the Provincial Social Service also provides a rehabilitation program that is in accordance with the legal basis of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 16 of 2019 concerning National Standards for Social Rehabilitation.
