PENGARUH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY, FINANCIAL LITERACY DAN FINANCIAL ATTITUDE TERHADAP FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR GENERASI Z DESA NGABAN, KEC. TANGGULANGIN, KAB. SIDOARJO

This study aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant effect of Financial Technology, Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude partially and simultaneously on the Financial Management Behavior of Generation Z of Ngaban Village, Tanggulangin Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. A total of 100 Generation Z respondents from Ngaban Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency were sampled using simple random sampling technique. The study used primary data, namely questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Financial Technology has a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Literacy does not have a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude does not have a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. Simultaneously Financial Technology, Financial Literacy, and Financial Attitude together have a significant effect on Financial Management Behavior.
