Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media on achieving salesman targets, the influence of price on achieving salesman targets, and the influence of social media and price on achieving salesman targets. The population in this study were salesman people who worked at PT. Suzuki Buana Trada Malang, with a sample of 10 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents are salesman people who work at Suzuki Buana Trada Malang and have worked for more than 6 months. This research was conducted at the Suzuki Buana Trada Malang dealer. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS 26 program. The research was conducted in August 2023 by visiting the Suzuki Buana Trada Malang dealer directly. The results of this research are that social media has a positive and significant effect on achieving salesman targets, price has a positive and significant effect on achieving salesman targets, and social media and price have a positive and significant effect on achieving salesman targets.
