Bullying is an action or deed carried out by humans, both individually and collectively, which is a repeated attack physically, psychologically, socially or verbally, carried out in a situationally determined position of power for their own benefit or satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of handling criminal acts of bullying through diversion at the Malang City Police and the factors that cause bullying crimes among children in the city of Malang. In this research, an empirical method is used, a sociological juridical approach is an approach that looks at the legal reality in the social life of society by using a sociological juridical approach to explain the process of handling criminal acts of bullying at the Malang City Police. station through a diversion approach and explaining the factors that cause criminal acts to occur. bullying of children in Malang City in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The results of the discussion revealed the result of an agreement between both parties between the victim and the perpetrator and asked for compensation of IDR 15,000,000 with a peace agreement and a promise not to repeat the actions he committed.
