This study examines the problems of street children in Kediri Regency. The purpose of the study was to describe the problem of street children in Kediri Regency and describe the factors that cause children to choose on the streets. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The technique of determining the subject with the Purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use triangulation. The results of this study show that the problems of street children in Kediri Regency are grouped with certain patterns. The dominant factors that cause children to take to the streets are the economy and poverty. Categories based on activities and family relationships are divided into three, namely Children on the Street, Children of the Street, and Children in the Street. Factors that cause children to take to the streets include: (Children not wanting to be restrained, wanting to feel free, economics, divorce, and disharmony in the family)
