Abstract
This study aims to identify bullying behaviour occuirng at the Al-Lathifiyyah 1 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School for Girls. Bullying cases in this boarding school environment are relatively difficult to avoid due to the dormitory conditions with many residents, leading to differences in opinion and frequent social status conflicts. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection tehniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects were determined through the Purposive Sampling tehnique, and data analysis tehniques included Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Data Verification. The results of the study indsicate that bullying behaviour still occurs frequently at Al-Lathifiyyah 1 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School for Girls. Forms of bullying behaviouridentified include : 1) Ostracism accompanied by confiscation of belongings; 2) seniority with abuse of power; 3) Sarcasm accompanied by hate speech. These behaviors are driven by several factors, such as weak individual assertivenes, seniority combined with a sense of power, elements of revenge from having been victims themselve, and personal discomfort within their environtment
