Abstract
The foundation is the lower structure of a building that is directly connected to the ground, or the part of a building that is located below the ground surface. The purpose of this planning is to determine the magnitude of the values and loads that will occur, planning the depth and dimensions of the foundation, planning the design and reinforcement of piles, and knowing the amount of soil subsidence that will occur. Judging from the soil data obtained, it shows N-SPT 27 blow/ft at a depth of 29 meters for point DB-1 and N-SPT 28 blow/ft at a depth of 31 meters for point DB-2, which means hard soil is located at a soil depth of more than 27 meters so it is suitable to use foundations including piles. Calculation of loads on the upper structure refers to SNI 2847:2019 and the STAAD-pro application. Calculation of pile bearing capacity using the Mayerhof method for N-SPT soil data. Based on the planning results, the pile dimensions were obtained with a diameter of 0.4 meters with a planned pile depth of 28 meters. The carrying capacity was obtained at 105.6 tons for point DB-1 and 113.21 tons for DB-2. The foundation uses 15D19 reinforcement for longitudinal reinforcement, and D10-60 mm for spiral reinforcement. The thickness of the hat pile used measures 0.7 m with the main reinforcement using D19-100 mm reinforcement and D12-100 mm reinforcement. The largest decrease that occurred was 0.0303 m.
