IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BANTUAN SOSIAL TUNAI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 BAGI MASYARAKAT MISKIN DI DESA PANDULANGAN KECAMATAN PADANG BATUNG KABUPATEN HULU SUNGAI SELATAN

The Corona Virus Diseases pandemic or what is abbreviated as Covid-19 has recently caused the entire structure of social and economic life to experience quite significant changes. To help people continue to live decently in the midst of this pandemic, the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs has launched a Cash Social Assistance program people affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Cash Social Assistance is assistance in the form of money given to poor, underprivileged or vulnerable families affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. This research aims to determine the implementation and benefits of the Cash Social Assistance program during the Covid-19 Pandemic for the poor in Pandulangan Village, Padang Batung District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Determining the subjects of this research used purposive sampling. In this research, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses data reduction, data exposure, drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data used in this research used triangulation. The results of this research show that (1) social implementation, no matter how good the level of social assistance in society, there are still limitations. From the central government there are also restrictions or there are restrictions regarding the criteria for those who are eligible to receive social assistance or not to receive social assistance. (2) The Cash Social Assistance program in Pandulangan village has made the Beneficiary Households prosperous. The Cash Social Assistance program in Pandulangan village has also reduced the burden on Beneficiary Households in fulfilling basic needs, education and health.
