MAKNA PENDAPATAN BAGI WANITA KARIR DALAM PERSPEKTIF AKUNTANSI RUMAH TANGGA STUDI KASUS PADA PT. INTI NIAGA PRANASARI (Wings Group)

This research aims to analyze the concept of income through career women and the management and recognition of income received using a household accounting perspective. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study research method, with the object of female workers who are married at PT. Inti Niaga Pranasari. The data collection technique used in this study uses interviews. The results of this study indicate that in interpreting income, the eight informants interviewed have a good understanding of the meaning of income in accounting. However, in recognizing income, not all of them understand how income should be recognized. Then regarding income management, each informant has their own way of managing the income they receive. While in the application of household accounting, not all of them have properly applied the principles of household accounting in managing their finances. The results of this study indicate that of the eight informants who have been interviewed, not all of them understand the concept of income using a household accounting perspective.
