Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Malang has utilized devices as a means to provide information on student affairs needed by students, especially in the academic field. myUMM Student has been in use for quite a while however, its reliability has not yet been tested. Hence the research. This was carried out for analysis and measurements of the quality of myUMM Student using the McCall method in aspects of product operations, namely the quality factors of correctness, reliability, efficiency, usability, and integrity, which aim to obtain understanding as well as a description of reliability from device quality assurance software at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Data was obtained from a spread questionnaire with 100 respondents, that is, students who have used the application, myUMM Student. Data is tested for validity and reliability to prove that it is worth measurement and analysis. After measurement as well as analysis based on McCall's method, the results of the study If outlined, every quality factor, viz., correctness quality factors, got results of 36.2% (not good), reliability results were 27.8% (not good), gain efficiency 28.4% (not good), usability got results of 25.4% (not good), and integrity got a result of 48.8% (fairly good). Total measurement results show the quality of myUMM Student is in the good category level range with a percentage of 57.4% (fairly good) based on the total calculation of every quality factor. Based on the study, here are several recommendations that can be used as references for quality improvement by myUMM Student.
