IMPLEMENTASI PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK DIBAWAH UMUR YANG TERLIBAT DALAM KEGIATAN POLITIK UNJUK RASA (Studi di Polresta Malang Kota)

This study focuses on the participation of children in political demonstration activities in the city of Malang, where the participation of children in a demonstration activity is one form of abuse in political activities. With the formulation of the problem How is the implementation of legal protection for minors involved in political activities such as expressing opinions in public or demonstrations. What are the obstacles in providing legal protection for minors involved in participating in political demonstration activities in the Malang City area. The type of research used in this thesis research is a type of empirical legal research, using a sociological / socio-legal juridical approach, while legal research using a sociological juridical approach, the researcher conducted a study located at the Malang City Resort Police Office (Polresta Malang City), which is located at Jalan Jaksa Agung Suprapto, Malang City. Type of data, Primary data consists of: Interview results and Secondary data in this study in the form of: laws and regulations. Discussion results, true In 2019 there was indeed a demonstration regarding the Criminal Code Bill that took place in Malang City in November 2019, they said they wanted to join the demonstration because of a message or invitation via Whatsapp Group broadcast. And in 2020 it was related to the omnibus law, at that time based on the findings of police officers in the field, including the findings of sources, there were several teenage students who were indeed invited by a number of individuals to bring posters to reject the job creation law or omnibus law.
