Abstract
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are world development plans that
aim to eradicate poverty, reduce inequality, and preserve the environment. The goal
of Zero Hunger exists because of the emergence of a number of major problems
related to the problem of hunger. FoodCare app or food sharing app. FoodCare
application development generally focuses on the role of users or donors. With this,
it is expected to end hunger in accordance with the goals of Zero Hunger The
application of Design Thinking methods and Gestalt Principles is expected to be
able to produce influence on user interface design and better experience. The series
of Design Thinking stages include Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.
The purpose of applying the Design Thinking Method of this research is to clearly
find out the needs of the problems faced by users of the FoodCare application. The
approach used is Design Thinking while usability measurement uses System
Usability Scale (SUS) and uses Maze involving five respondents. Based on these
findings, researchers recommend a solution design in the form of a High Fidelity
Prototype (Hi-fi). Measurement of the scale of the FoodCare application using
System Usability Scale gives a final value of 85 and Usability Testing measurement
using Maze, from 3 scenarios gives a missclick value of 1.8%. Test results using
Maze refer to a "Good" rating. Based on user experience by users, the design of the
FoodCare Application can be said well.
