PERAN MODAL SOSIAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS PETANI PADA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DI KECAMATAN KANIGARAN KOTA PROBOLINGGO

This study aims to provide empirical evidence that social norms and networks affect the productivity of women farmer groups by mediated beliefs. The subject of this study is 121 women farmers in the Kanigaran District Farmer Women's Group, Probolinggo City. Samples were taken all by proportional random sampling method. The data used was in the form of primary data from the results of the questionnaire distributed to the respondents, while the data analysis used SEM PLS. The results of the study show that social norms and networks affect trust. It was also revealed that social norms and networks also affect the productivity of women farmer groups. Furthermore, the study also found that trust affects the productivity of women farmer groups and at the same time trust can mediate the influence of social norms and networks on the productivity of women farmer groups.
