LEGAL NEEDS FOR THE REGULATION OF MUSIC CONCERT ACTIVITIES BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL CERTAINTY

The growth of music in Indonesia is growing rapidly, almost all types of music genres from various parts of the world can be easily heard every day. In addition, the existence of music concert organizing activities in Indonesia has been carried out everywhere throughout the archipelago, in order for musicians to be able to directly interact with the audience and their fans. This study aims to find out the need for special arrangements regarding the organization of music concerts in Indonesia in order to create legal certainty in the organization of music concerts in Indonesia. The research used in this study uses a normative juridical approach. The legal materials used are in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The collection of legal materials uses literature study techniques and internet access which are then analyzed qualitatively. The result of this study is that in Indonesia's positive law, regulations on the organization of music concerts in Indonesia are regulated in general by linking several regulations, both laws and regulations. Furthermore, by compiling Indonesia's positive legal regulations on the implementation of music concerts in Indonesia, the author can research on the existence of legal needs in the regulation of music concerts in Indonesia which is then associated with the principle of legal certainty according to Gustav Redbruch's theory of the Principle of Legal Certainty.
