Abstract
The distribution network is the final stage of the channel that distributes electricity from the transmission network to the load. To get the most efficient distribution of electricity, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate type of conductor, which is in accordance with the load it will deliver. The distribution network is the part of the electric power system that is closest to the customer and the most disturbed. One major problem in distribution system operation is overcoming disturbances. In this research study, it is carried out to calculate the feasibility characteristics of the Gambiran transmission line using the AAAC and AAAC-S conductor types and calculate the reliability of the distribution system using the SAIDI and SAIFI methods.
