ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA KAPULAGA DI DESA DUKUH KECAMATAN WATULIMO KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

The potential for domestic and foreign markets is still wide open. Cardamom is the third most expensive spice after saffron and vanilla. Cardamom cannot be replaced by other plants because it has a distinctive aroma. The research aims to analyze the costs, receipts and income of cardamom farming in Dukuh Village, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency and analyze the feasibility of cardamom farming in Dukuh Village, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency. This research method uses a survey method with the sampling technique in this research using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. This research data uses primary data from interviews and questionnaires. The respondents of this research were cardamom farmers in Dukuh Village, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency. The results of this research using R/C Ratio analysis show the number 4.24 > 1 so that cardamom farming is worth cultivating and B/C Ratio analysis shows the number 3.24 > 1 which means cardamom farming is worth running.
