DIPLOMASI BUDAYA KOREA SELATAN PADA ACARA KOREAN CULTURE & TRAVEL FESTIVAL 2023 DALAM PERAYAAN 50 TAHUN HUBUNGAN DIPLOMATIK KOREA SELATAN-INDONESIA

This study aims to examine the form of cultural diplomacy carried out by South Korea through the Korean Culture and Travel Festival 2023 in celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Indonesia and its contribution to bilateral relations. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with secondary data through library research. Using the concept of cultural diplomacy by Tulus Warsito and Wahyuni Kartikasari, the results of this study indicate that the cultural diplomacy strategy applied by South Korea through exhibitions is effective in achieving diplomatic goals and strengthening bilateral relations. The Korean Culture and Travel Festival 2023 has been successfully utilized by South Korea as an effective cultural diplomacy, thereby enhancing the influence of the Korean Wave in Indonesia.
