Abstract

Industrial equipment that is always working requires continuous voltage with parameters according to the needs of each device, wherein one system can provide a voltage supply and be safe from reach, namely using a PHB known as a switch panel. PHB provides a 3-phase voltage supply to distribute voltage to machine devices so that the protection system has a significant influence. One of the protections used on PHBs other than MCBs is a device capable of detecting voltage value errors using PFR (Phase Failure Relay). This device detects incorrect voltage values when using 3 phases by setting the value parameters on the device's potentiometer. Over Voltage (Excessive Voltage) is caused by the longer period the electrical circuit has to deal with excess power, while Under Voltage (Decreased Voltage) is caused by disturbances in the electrical network such as short circuits, damage to cables, or problematic electrical distribution equipment
