Abstract

Industrial electricity distribution systems require effective supervision and control to ensure safe and optimal operations. In this research, a remote monitoring and control system for industrial electrical distribution panels has been developed using the PZEM-004T sensor and MAX6675 sensor integrated with ESP32. The PZEM-004T sensor is used to measure electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, frequency, energy and power factor. Meanwhile, the MAX6675 sensor is used to monitor the temperature of components in the distribution panel. The data
collected by ESP32 is then sent in real-time to the website using MQTT communication for further monitoring and analysis. This website is designed to retrieve real-time data and provide notifications if there is an overload on the current and excessive temperature. This system is expected to increase the efficiency value of electricity distribution processing in industry.
