Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of product quality and price perceptions on repurchase intentions with consumer satisfaction variables as mediators. This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality, price perception and customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions, the effect of product quality and price perception on customer satisfaction. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction variables as mediators. The method used is the quantitative method. Where to spread the questionnaire as many as 101. The study found that product quality and price perception affect customer satisfaction. While product quality and customer satisfaction affect repurchase intentions. While price perceptions do not affect repurchase intentions. Then customer satisfaction mediates price perceptions and product quality.
