ANALISIS YURIDIS PERTIMBANGAN PENETAPAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBUKAAN FASKES JKN BPJS

Since its founding, BPJS has had a positive impact in increasing people's access to health services. By implementing a comprehensive health insurance program, it helps reduce the financial burden on society in the face of high health costs. The aim of this research is to determine the regulations for determining the opening of JKN-BPJS health facilities. Legal justice and legal benefits in making decisions on cooperation between health facilities and BPJS. The method used in this research is standard law which describes legal facts obtained through further examination and analyzing them descriptively using a deductive method. The results of this research are that legal protection for JKN-BPJS providers in providing quality health services is a priority, including dispute resolution mechanisms and fair tariff regulation. The legal benefits of this collaboration include clear protection of rights and obligations for both parties, as well as setting up a transparent dispute resolution mechanism. These are the legal benefits of collaboration between providers and JKN BPJS in the broad framework of fulfilling public rights.
