Abstract
Parents are the first focus on the secure attachment process of each child, especially the mother who is the main foundation for the child's future development process. This study aims to determine whether Secure Attachment of mothers and children in kindergarten. In this study using quantitative analysis research, namely analysis techniques in the form of information or explanations expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of data results and displaying processed data results. In this study using data collection with a saturated sampling method, the determination of the sample is done if all members of the population are used as samples, this is done if the population is relatively small. In this study the subject is children aged 5-6 years. The subjects in this study used 40 children. Data collection in the form of a questionnaire with a secure attachment scale. Data analysis in this study using SPSS. Descriptive analysis, namely descriptive research design aims to describe a variable in certain individuals or demographics in a natural situation without providing a manipulation. Based on the results of the analysis, secure attachment between mother and child is very high with a reliability of 0.888 with a total of 20 items and a correlation of items 0.210-0.728.
