Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance and mediated by Islamic Leadership. The type of research used is Explanatory Research with a Quantitative approach. This research was conducted on teachers of the Salsabila Hidayatullah Foundation Sumenep totaling 102 teachers with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by circulating questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 102 teachers at the Salsabila Foundation. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that directly: Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Leadership, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Leadership, Islamic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. As for the indirect effect: Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Islamic Leadership.
