The purpose of this research is to produce E-Modules based on Pancasila Student Profile that are valid, practical and effective to increase students' learning independence and critical thinking. the subject of this research is 36 students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which refers to the ADDIE development model with 5 stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of the study, the average value of validation results by media experts obtained a score of 90% with very valid criteria. The average validation results by material experts obtained a score of 88.8% with very valid criteria. The n-gain results of the pretest and posttest to see the increase in learning independence by a large group, namely class VIII-B, obtained 0.26 and the results of increasing critical thinking were 0.36. While the increase in learning independence of small groups, namely class VIII-A, obtained 0.35 and the results of increasing critical thinking were 0.59. From the results of the practicality questionnaire, an average of 88.4% was obtained with very valid criteria. So it can be concluded that the SPLDV E-Module based on the Pancasila learner profile developed has met the valid, practical, and effective criteria for increasing student independence and critical thinking.
