Abstract

Research The aim of this research is to see how the Landungsari Village Government manages village funds in village development as a form of effort to improve the economy of Landungsari Village. The background to this research is the existence of a policy regarding the management of Village Funds for village development in line with Law Number 6 of 2014 which aims to improve the welfare of village communities, apart from that the management of village funds does not only take into account the level of poverty alone. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in this research carried out by direct observation through interviews with the Planning and Finance Head of Landungsari Village and assisted by supporting data such as RKP and RPJMDes. The research results explain that Village Fund management has 5 stages, namely the Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability stages. The Village Funds managed by Landungsari Village are funds sourced from the APBN amounting to Rp. 1,132,571,000 for the 2022 budget year which will be used for 4 areas of development implementation, namely the education sector, the health sector, the public works and spatial planning sector as well as the forestry and environmental sectors. The supporting factors are the existence of government policies, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, transparency on the part of the village government, the quality of human resources, and community participation. Apart from that, inhibiting factors are differences of opinion and the limited central government budget. So there is a need to improve the quality of development activities that can support the development of the village economy, apart from that there is also a need for active community participation in the process of managing village funds so that the budget provided can be managed and implemented according to the desired targets.
